    Please include all setup and breakdown time within your reservation window.

Rental Notes

  • Rentals cover venue only – tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and other equipment are not included.

  • Street parking is available; shuttles are recommended for events with larger guest counts.

Trash Policy

  • Trash bins and disposal services are not included.

  • Optional trash removal (up to 6 large bags): $350 flat fee.

Taxes & Fees

  • A 4.712% Hawai‘i General Excise Tax (GET) and 3% Service Fee will be added to all bookings.
